Scott G. was awesome!!!! Best way to see the island and it was clear enough so we were lucky to see the highest and wettest peak on the island! Well worth the time and money. P.S. Cover your yellow floatation device if you are by the door because it glares bad against the window for pictures.

Excellent trip! Scott G was Great! The only suggestion I would have is to wear the life vest toward the inside of the helicopter to reduce glare. Thanks for a fun time!

Kauai is a great place to see by helicopter. This is a first class operation. Just plain quality and professionalism. Our pilot Brian could not have better. Very personable and genuinely care for each person on-board. I would go again.

Our first helicopter ride and it was amazing. .made even better in that we lucked out and got to sit in the front by pilot Greg. He was great. .pointing out all the sites and giving tips on what to see from the ground too. We booked on line 5 days in advance as it was cheaper. Thunder was forcast for the day we were supposed to go , so they let us switch to the next day. Very happy with them.

This is by far one of my most memorable moments in Hawaii. My husband bought me a seat on the Kauai tour as a Christmas gift. I flew with a friend from Oahu to Kauai in the morning and returned the later that afternoon. We had to attend a safety briefing prior to boarding. This seemed to ease my nerves about flying. Brian was our pilot, and it was evident that he loves his job. We were able to sit in the front seat of the helicopter, which made the experience even that more amazing. I purchased the video and watched it after returning to Oahu (highly recommend purchasing the zip drive). I saw a few reviews that stated you couldn't see in the middle seats. That simply is not true because you are totally surrounded by windows; I doubled checked on my video and the parties in the middle had full visibility. Brian also turned the helicopter around several times so all parties were able to see the beauty of each waterfall, peak, and point of interest. The flight lasted about 55 minutes and was fully narrated. We were even able to ask him questions. If you are flying in for the day, Blue Hawaiian is about 200 yards to the right of the airport exit as you walk out--no need to rent a car. The airport has a decent restaurant to grab a bite to eat if you do not have a rental car. You can only take a pair of sunglasses, a phone, and a camera on the helicopter. Leave all other articles in your car or lock them up in the free lockers they provide. They also provide water and have a vending machine should you need a snack prior to flying; however, you cannot take food or drink on the helicopter. The bathrooms are clean, too. You are able to leave a message of gratitude on a comment card in the gift shop. The cards are envelopes, so if you would like to tip your pilot you are able to do so; however, this was not even mentioned by the staff or the pilot. Some people tipped and others didn't. There was no pressure. I highly recommend this tour. It is worth the money spent.

These guys did a fantastic job on the helicopter tour of Kauai. I used to work a job where I had to fly. Blue Hawaiian does an excellent job with safety as well as making the party feel secure. We had Shay as our pilot and he was great. Laid back and easy going. The tour lasted approx 50-55 minutes. We saw the canyon, plenty of waterfalls, Jurassic Park area, some whales when running along the northwest side of the beach and much more. Shay did a good job pointing out features, 4x4 trails (I was interested in those) and a lot of other interesting features about the island. I would do it again. My wife and I enjoyed it and felt it was worth the money. We have done helicopter tours on other vacations and this one was one of the best.
