Solid operation with a strict adherence to standard operating procedures. The entire staff was First Class and the operator runs it like an airline. Our pilot was knowledgeable and the equipment spotless. The Euro Copter is an awesome machine and the tour incredible. Quite possibly the most amazing thing I have ever done.

Wow , we did the circle of fire eco tour. firstly blue Hawaiian were great with allow us to change our tour date due delayed flights. the tour it self was great and amazing to see where the lava had been before and that it had wiped out and to see it through the stem going into the ocean. The only disappointment in my personal opinion was the pilot, his commentary was mumbled like he was talking to air traffic control, monotone and non enthusiastic , the view he have us was great and went in circles so all on board could see, however he was just seemed to be saying what he had to which he did but with a boring quiet mumbled tone. This did not however ruin my experience, i just switched off and enjoyed the view. i make this harsh comment about the pilot as this is now my third blue hawaiian experience and by far the worst pilot i had had. The check in and despatch staff all friendly. This tour is a must . Flew over from HNL-ITO on one of first flights, did your and flew back, all in a day.

Great way to see the Islands.

One of the best parts of our trip! We flew all over the island and saw what can only be seen from the air, including swooping the canyons and over the Pacific. Phenomenal. Staff are tremendously professional and knowledgeable. We would have purchased the DVD but they separated us (not sure if it was based on balancing weight among helicopters or because my last name is hyphenated) and we didn't want to buy two.

They take six passengers per tour and they guarantee that couples will get at least one window seat. We got lucky and ended up getting the two front seats with the pilot. It's a 50 minute tour for almost $500 but you will never know what you missed if you don't do it. Skip that expensive restaurant dinner and dig out your charge card.

Fantastic trip to see active volcano and water falls by air. The entire team is professional and friendly. The Echo Star Helicopter has a great view; pilot Tim was friendly, knowledgeable and ensured everyone sitting on different sides of the helicopter got a chance to see all the sights. Would highly recommend Blue Hawaiian to families with young children and older parents who may not be able to hike to see the natural wonders of Big Island!

Brian was smooth at flying and plenty friendly. He thoroughly answered all our questions and we felt like he was another good family friend. We enjoyed every part of the flight especially all the unique and exclusive views including the top of the island and the original crater. Thanks again for sharing all you know about Kauai and a little bit about yourself.

Excellent views, terrific and well-informed pilot. Kept things interesting. Smooth flight, no motion concerns. Highly recommend this as a way to see the sights of the island.

We enjoyed the tour a lot! The pilot was very knowledgeable, friendly and warm. We flew over the lava activity and were very lucky to see some actions! It was an unique experience to watch lava flow to ocean live. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! A nice fun way to cover a lot of activities in a short time and with a real close exposure.
