Excellent customer service from check-in through flight. Jason was informative but didn't talk so much that the ambience was ruined. Clean facility and informative DVD before flight. Totally enjoyable experience!

Top notch. Joffrey, our pilot, was very knowledgeable about the island, and most importantly, flew the helicopter very smoothly. There were no sudden turns, drops, etc., which made the hour very pleasant. Joffrey also made sure to turn the copter around so people sitting on both sides had an equal opportunity to take photos of key attractions. The helicopter itself was quite new and comfortable, and felt very safe. I would highly recommend Blue Hawaiian.

Kauai trip! Fantastic views that can't be seen any other way! Valleys, waterfalls, mountains, beaches, cliffs and more. Looking forward to our next Hawaii trip so that we can see another island from the air.
