Blue Hawaiian has an exceptional reputation and their facilities are top notch. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. That's the only thing I can say because we never got to go up. Blue Hawaiian cancels their flights allot due to "weather". From our observation it must be absolutely clear for Blue Hawaiian to go out on Kauai. We held reservations 2 days in a row on them during our 5 day stay on Kauai, both days cancelled, eventhough other choppers were flying. The first day cancellation led us to altering our plans drastically. The second day cancellation we immediately went to Sunshine Helicopters who accommodated us - they were excellent. Blue Hawaiian refunded us without any issues. My advice would be to use Blue Hawaiian, but on Kauai where it rains more frequently... the moment they cancel go to the other operators so as not to waste valuable time on your vacation. Words cannot describe how great this adventure was. Detailed description and history while in flight......super comfortable.....extremely personable pilot. This company is a no brainier......and one of the more affordable on the island. Awesome!!!!!!!

Beautiful helos. Professional staff. And magical sites of Kauai that can only be seen by air. Took the 1 hour flight and received DVD of flight.

Excellent tour, worth every penny we paid! Coleen was our pilot and she flew smoothly, and spent plenty of time at each site allowing us to take pictures and enjoy the features. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

Our Pilot, Chad, was excellent. He shared interesting information as we toured the island. We would use Blue Hawaiian again!

WE HAVE TRAVELED ALL OVER THE WORLD AND THIS IS THE MOST SPECTACULAR THING WE'VE EVER DONE. THE RIDE WAS SMOOTH, THE VIEW MAJESTIC, AND THE VOLANCO POWERFUL. MARCO, OUR PILOT, WAS SKILLED AND MASTERFUL - A STEADY HAND. AND WAYNE, THE FIFTH PERSON IN OUR GROUP SAYS IS WAS "OUTSTANDING GNARLY." THANK YOU!
