We took the 2 hour tour over the volcano and around the big island. Our pilot was Carl and he provided a very informative and enjoyable trip. We were picked up and returned to our hotel by friendly interesting people. The volcano was breathtaking as were the waterfalls and lush valleys we were flown over. This was my third Blue Hawaiian Tour and they just get better and better.

Creation and destruction. Green forest and stark black lava field. Bubbling orange red lava and steam rising to swirl around the helicopter. The whole waterfalls, secret pools, unbelievable coastlines, capped off by an optional waterfall landing. Our pilot was calm and full of information, very professional. We made multiple complete circles of each interesting site, making sure that everyone got a great view and the opportunity to take photos or video. The helicopter we were in was the eco-star which has excellent, a large windows for all your memory making needs. We recommend taking this trip near the end of your time on the island as it was really for filling to see all of the places we had been from the air – to see how they fit together and get a Birdseye geographical perspective. I was a bit anxious for the first 10 minutes or so, but soon became relaxed as we soared over the island in what felt like the most natural way. I would love to say more, but it is simply impossible to convey the magnitude of this experience with words.

Mike was a great pilot and so knowledgeable of the island. He was so wonderful with our 1 year old as well. I would highly recommend the ecostar Maui Spectacular tour.

It was an amazing experience! The views were spectacular of Kauai. Wonderful memories of the island.

We had excellent service, fun friendly crew on the ground, and our guide and pilot Jason was wonderful. He answered our many questions and made the trip exciting and fun. Very worthwhile and beautiful view if the volcano and coastline.

Best thing I've ever done during my many visits to Hawaii. Our pilot, Gardiner, was wonderful to explain the many topographical aspects of Oahu.....Thank you, Gardiner!! Best Mothers Day I've ever had. 2017 Especially enjoyed viewing the farming areas. Additionally, who can not love the beauty of the ocean colors with lava and coral. From the view I had, I can only imagine what God sees every day.

Our flight was great and the pilot was awesome. Thanks for a wonderful tour. He did a great job making sure both sides got a good glimpse of the sites. I was worried about motion sickness but he flew such a smooth flight, it was not a problem at all. The entire process from start to finish was easy and smooth, and the staff were all super nice and helpful.

Captain Brian was the best tour guide we could have asked for. We felt like his family members as he was flying us around the island. You can tell he loves Kauai and he made us even more excited for our time there. We took the 10:00 a.m. tour on our first day and got a nice overview of the island. Great visibility in the morning and we were able to fly right into the crater near the end of our flight. We were so overwhelmed when we landed we could hardly speak. I know that sounds dramatic but it's true! This ride is worth every penny. I will refer all our friends to Blue Hawaiian on Kauai. Mahalo, Brian! Tips for best seat...get there early. Request front seats or right side. Mention you prefer a window on the right for the shorter person. My husband was next to me in a middle seat and had no problem seeing everything.

We did this as soon as we got to Kauai, and it was amazing to be able to connect the island from the air to what we were driving through. If you are on the fence about the price, this might be the best investment you make! We ordered the video recording of our flight to watch again and again. IT WAS SO WORTH IT!

Last week, my husband and I took the Kauai tour. Shay was our pilot - and he made the experience wonderful. I have a fear of heights, and helicopters are NOT my thing - but Shay eased my fears with his calm and chatty manner. I was even able to take a few photos! (seriously afraid of heights). The flight path itself was indescribably beautiful - we even got to see a whale and her calf (which I understand is rare for May). If I ever get in another helicopter, it'll be because of Shay (but don't tell my husband I'd be willing to take another flight, lol). Cannot recommend Blue Hawaiian strongly enough, and am grateful to have seen so many gorgeous sights on the tour. Thank you!! From start to finish, Blue Hawaiian made this a fantastic experience.

My husband and I were on a cruise around the Hawaiian islands this past week. We opted to take a helicopter excursion while in Kauai. We hit the jackpot! Fantastic pilot, Barret, professional and incredibly knowledgeable of the area. It was a ride that we will never forget. Made memories of a lifetime. We have taken other helicopter rides, but this one topped them all. A must for all adventurous people. Definite bucket list item. Thank you for making it possible.
