The experience exceeded all of our expectation. The whole crew was great and Marty our pilot was great. Best helicopters and staff on the island

pilot was great. flight was great. ground crew friendly. however, I have issue with boss frog not providing clear enough instruction regarding what could be carried onto the aircraft and the check-in counter being slow to let me know why I couldn't use my small camera bag and had to use the blue mesh bag. I saw no reason to use the blue bag and nobody ever checked it or its contents. the parking situation was not clear as well. again, this could be because we booked thru boss frog only the day before and they elected not to go over their day before phone call of information. I would reevaluate your relationship with them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Chase was an awesome pilot. He did a great job for us. We got to see lava, where the lava ran into the ocean, beautiful waterfalls and breathtaking scenery. Worth the cost for sure!

Flew a nice tour at 8 am with pilot Greg. Flight was great and the early start can be recommended. Get the Flight on a USB stick for 40 Bucks because the 4 Heli Cams are much better quality than everything you can shoot from inside!

very good experience flying on an helicopter for the first time and that too with Blue Hawaiian tours was a awesome memory that will stay for long. would recommend to friends visiting big island.

fun and exciting!! the kids had sooo much fun and won't stop talking about it!!

The tour was amazing and had very nice views of the active volcano and the beautiful waterfalls. I didn't feel sick but everyone else did lol.
