great service pick up and rescheduling after bad weather

How phenomenal! Loved having Brian as a pilot, and the weather unbelievably cooperative - we got to go into the crater. Would mention that you might want to mention that solid-colored dark clothes work best with glass so less reflections in your pictures, and if you have one, a UV and/or polarized filter will help a lot, too. Wish these flights were just a few dollars, but what a great way to see things you just can't see any other way! Thanks!

The tour was fantastic. My only suggestion would be to ensure that all guest are wearing dark colours, as the gentleman in the front of our helicopter had grey on and it appeared in most of our photos, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was amazing! Thank you Carl!

We had a wonderful experience! Patrick (our pilot) had great music, was very friendly, flew very well (no one got sick!), and had good info about the island! The view was GORGEOUS ! The waterfall and pele (the lava flow) was amazing :)

Easy reservation process. Professional and knowledgable staff. Smooth ride and good value. My 1st helicopter tour couldn't have been smoother. Pilot maneuvered so both sides of the helicopter could get a good view of attractions and engaged passengers by name. This is the best way to see the island so one can prepare activities.

From check in, to safety check, flight to farewell, the staff were warm and welcoming an very professional. The flight was amazing (photos don't do it justice), and our pilot was so knowledgable about geology; we got a great education! Nature is unpredictable. Our pilot knew where to fly/where to look for lava. It was a super experience!

Highly recommend this tour. For us it was easy because we did it right when we landed. There is a separate area in the airport for it and they will hold your luggage for you while you go. It's about an hour long tour around volcanos and much of the island. Lots of amazing sights

Brant did a fantastic flight!!! Truly a 5-star experience. He did a nice view for Pu'o'o vent with several passes for all of us to see it. He did excellent narration and had a great sense of humor. He made us feel very welcome. this was our 2nd time with Blue Hawaiian, first Kauai, now here, and we will definitely come back again. The photo for us at the end of our flight by the helicopter was great.
