BREATHTAKING!!

Absolutely the most amazing experience!! We were completely overwhelmed! Karl was our pilot, and he was great.. very informative, easy-going, and he had the perfect soundtrack to go with the views. It was perfect...could not have been better! Worth every penny! Thank you!!!

Chris was great. The ride was awesome!

Wes was our pilot. He was fun and super knowledgeable. This is the only way to really see the magnitude of the volcanoes and the lava spread. Incredible.

Fantastic tour and very well run. It would be nice in the future to fly not as high up.

First off, major kudos to this company for putting their customers' experience first. On the day our helicopter tour was scheduled it was rainy and cloudy. Other companies were still going out, but Blue Hawaiian cancelled the tour, not due to safety concerns but more due to the fact that visuals would not be good. They could have gone out and the tour not be as great, but they decided to reschedule to make sure that we have the best experience. Love that. My recommendation is to plan this tour early in your trip in case it gets cancelled due to cloudy weather so you can reschedule later in the week. Doesn't matter if you book in the morning or the afternoon as Hawaii weather changes by the minute. Regarding our experience on the tour, it was fabulous. We had Marty who said he had 13,000 flying hours clocked in along with along with 10+ years of experience as a pilot doing various tours and search and rescue - definitely felt safe in his hands especially when I have never been in a helicopter before. The ride was really smooth and Marty was really knowledgeable and personable. The sights we saw were amazing... it was a beautiful clear day and we were taken to places that would be incredibly hard to get to on foot. The tour is pricey but so worth it if you can fit it in.

This was an awesome experience! Eli our Pilot was great.  If we didn't get a good view he would go back around.  Big Island is huge and the Volcano crater was great.  I bought the video.   Took lots of pictures and video too.  My wife Rose is s super trooper. Love you Babe

This was the highlight of our trip.. we got to ride on a helicopter..This was awesome!!! I was scared at first, but I was fine when the helicopter started flying.. Our pilot Eli was good he made sure each side got to see the view of the other window.. We saw a lot of water falls, lava flowing to the ocean, even the jacuzzi he called it.. amazing view of Hilo, beautiful mountains..  I felt kinda sick towards the end, but I had fun.. I'm glad we got back safe..thank you Jesus

Had a tour of Kauai today by air. What an awesome experience! Our pilot and tour guide Beth was great. Takes little under an hour. See areas of island only accessible by air. Highly recommend this company. All staff were very professional and friendly.

Cannot say enough about Marty and his tour today. As anxious fliers in a first time helicopter ride, we were put at ease within the first 2 minutes. Informative guide and experienced and very skilled pilot. Can't say enough about Marty and Blue Hawaii operation. Thanks!

This was the best experience we had in a very, very long time. We saw all the sites in Kauai by driving or hiking but seeing them from the air brings the experience to a whole new level. Blue Hawaiian Helicopter was exceptional; very professional and informative. Safety briefing was brief and to the point and the helicopter loading was efficient considering the small crowd. Our pilot Brian was great, really love the Tennessee accent. He was very interactive during the tour, giving us lots of info on Kauai's sites. He even told us some history of the forbidden island of Niihau, which we saw in the distance. Fabulous trip! A must do while in Kauai!

Our 2 hour "island spectacular" flight with Pilot Jason was definitely a highlight of the trip!! Gorgeous views and great narration/answer session with pilot Jason- who made the trip fun for our entire group which included a 9-year old, teenagers and my 70-year old mother! Talk about a tough crowd! This was well worth the expense - fantastic excursion!! Amazing memories for all of us!! HIGHLY recommend!
