We had so much fun; we saw so many beautiful falls and we got so close to them! I have never been on a helicopter, but the pilot was such a kind man, and very informative, that I would definitely go on again. My favourite part was getting to see where the opening credits for Jurassic Park was filmed, and as we flew over, we heard the Jurassic Park theme song in our headphones. It gave me goosebumps! It was a very smooth ride; I think we had the best pilot in the world. Everyone took safety as their #1 task and I felt so safe.

I was told the road to the heliport was changed a month ago. I had trouble getting to the location. Map quest continued to take me to the airport. I called blue Hawaii almost in tears because I thought I would miss this trip. The operator stood on the phone with me for fifteen minutes. "Unreal" and guided me to the heliport. I was frazzled by the time I arrived she greeted me with a big hug! I needed that ? After driving 20 min in circles trying to find it. I purchased the duo trip. the road to Hana with temptation tours " Michael D" then the helicopter ride back with "Rick" This was a good choice and recommend the duo packet. The helicopter ride was so beautiful. You are able to speak to the pilot but I was speechless only gave a thumbs up. I would recommend blue Hawaiian helicopters. I purchases a lot of mommentos. I purchased "visions of Hawaii by blue Hawaiin helicopters" I will show this beautiful video in a independent retirement home SCE in Glendale Ca! "Shout out" I will be sporting my cute blue Hawaiin baseball cap and blue Hawaiin t-shirt. My only recommendation is put some signs up on the road. I would of been sad if I missed this trip.

We love this company and the tours they offer. We had originally scheduled the tour that went to Haleakala crater but the weather conditions were not permitting us to fly there. They gave us the option of rescheduling or touring the pilot's favorite area, the tour of the Lahaina coastline area. We decided that would be fine. It was just gorgeous! Chase was our pilot and we felt like we were in excellent hands with him. He was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Overall just a great trip.

Tours have a way of coming out of a can. They go the same way and see the same things year after year. Here's an idea about something different. Maui pilots often fly IFC. That stands for "I Follow Coastlines". Enough already! Tell the head pilot you want to go early before the clouds form up and fly back from Hana over the Kaupo Gap, through Haleakala Crater, and back down over Makawao. It's a "Wow" moment that few have experienced.

If you are thinking about a helicopter ride DO IT! We have been on a helicopter before, and it was a teaser compared to this. We rode on the Eco Star and like they say from every seat you have a great view. I was in the back center and wife by the window and we both got great photos. Use a polarizer filter to get less glare if you use a slr she used her camera on her phone and got great pics. Our pilot Ryan made us feel very safe and after a few minutes in the air you knew that he knew his craft and loves what he does which made it that much more enjoyable. We have been on the island for a few days now and have seen many land and sea highlights but the helicopter ride tops it all! The views are more than spectacular and it was such a smooth ride they really take care of their helicopters you can tell. The valleys he took us through were amazing and it's a way you can really appreciate Maui's splendor. And hold on, cause if you think you are on the wrong side of the chopper when you go go by something breath taking he will do a 360 so everyone gets the same view. Amazing pilot thanks Ryan. In one of our shots you can see his profile in the reflection. Of course the ground crew and front desk were very helpful and went over everything with us so we felt safe and confident that we were in good hands. Again if you are still thinking about it stop and just book it with Blue Hawwian. You won't be disappointed trust me it will be your best decision other than going to the Hawaiian Islands. Gernot was fabulous... Loved the entire experience. Been to Maui several times, but never had a sky view. It was amazing. Definitely recommend and would do it again.

This is the only way to see the beautiful West Maui mountains and the sites around the road to Hana. Our pilot Chase was fantastic and continually updated us with historic information and facts. His flights was considerate to every passenger and worth every single dollar. Thank you for the highlight of our holiday!

After endless hours on airplanes I had never before been on a helicopter. So my wife and I took our took girls and hopped on a helicopter. The weather wasn't terrible but it wasn't ideal and we felt it at the top of the falls over Molokai. But the pilot was not only friendly but obviously skilled and it end up just a few bumps. The views from the helicopter were unbelievable. (See attached photographs.)

What a great adventure!!!! Our tour guide was fantastic!! My (new) husband's dream has always been to fly a helicopter, for everyones safety-this is as close as he will get haha! Seriously an amazing trip!!

Chase was our pilot and he did an amazing job! The views of Molokai were completely breath taking. The falls were incredible. The ride was smooth. It was all amazing!!!

What a great experience! Rick, our pilot, was great and super friendly. We got to fly into a rainbow!! Once in a lifetime experience!!! We recommend this tour without any doubt!!

We did the West Maui and Molokai tour, our experience was amazing. I was nervous before since I had never done a helicopter tour before, but was quickly put at ease by the fantastic pilot we had, Gernot! It was an incredible experience, the scenery is breathtaking. We were lucky enough to witness a beautiful engagement during the flight, so special.!! We look forward to doing another tour with Blue Hawaiian

Very entertaining and informative tour around Molokai and parts of Maui. Our pilot was an expert at flying and was a very enjoyable person to be around. Beautiful scenery and a "Jurassic Park" feeling while traveling through deep valleys and then to the tops of volcano-created mountains. Great music throughout the trip which added to the ambience of the Hawaii experience. We were even treated to the sight of a round rainbow around the helicopter. All in all, a great experience for any traveler.

It's not that the helicopter ride or the pilot was bad...they were great. But most of the tour was spent flying over water to another island....would have preferred to see Maui and not the other island. The pilot was good about making sure everyone had the opportunity to see things, but if you are in a middle seat in the back you don't get to get great pictures There was not a whole lot to see on the other island..a few waterfalls and mountains Would have rather spent the time and money on something else.

We enjoyed our helicopter ride so much. We did the 60 minute complete island tour. We saw a lot of waterfalls and got to see great views of the island. The staff was great too.
