We were back and forth on which helicopter tour we were going to do, and we were so happy we picked this Big Island Spectacular (2 hour) tour! You get to see so much of the island this way - from all the different landscaping on the Big Island to the volcanoes to the cliffs for an up-close view of the waterfalls. It truly was amazing! They picked us up at our hotel so it could not have been any easier either. Our pilot, Eli, was informative and hilarious. He did a great job making sure we were all at ease and could see everything no matter which side of the helicopter we were on.

Had a fantastic trip today after our trip yesterday got cancelled due to low cloud coverage. It was a bit of a hike doing another 4 hour round trip today but worth every minute. We were very fortunate to see three different lots of lava today - into the sea, down the hillside and in the crater. We'd have been happy with one. Carl our pilot was very informative and obviously loves his job. His enthusiasm on how well the lava was visibly flowing into the sea and also the trickle down the hillside (not as visually exciting but far rarer to see) was matched only by our own. All the staff on both days were great. The cancellation was handled well (they could have sent us up on a very low cloud day and we'd have had a poor trip) and the flight day itself was excellent. Would we be so enthusiastic if we hadn't seen so much lava? Probably not but we'd still have recognised the great staff and their treatment of us and the other passengers.

My husband and I (newlyweds�) took the Island tour yesterday. It was our 2nd time, as we took the tour last September. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to include it on our honeymoon trip this time!! Brandon was our pilot this time and he was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable and informative about all the areas we covered. It was very windy and we encountered some areas of turbulence, which made us a little nervous, however, Brandon handle that helicopter perfectly and made sure we were all comfortable!! He was absolutely amazing!! Awesome experience!! Will definitely highly recommend!

It was amazing experience. we had a helicopter tour in Vegas but this is more beautiful. Kristy was amazing. she made us so comfortable. Even she was so attentive that if we cant take pictures she use to see and move the helicopter in that direction so we could take pics. over all fantastic
