The Helicopter tour is a little pricey, but well worth it. It is the only way to see all of Kauai. The Blue Hawaiian facility was very good. They had a small gift shop, rest rooms and lockers for those items you couldn't take in the helicopter. They are very safety conscious, providing a safety video and instructions. Everything seemed well maintained and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Our pilot, Beth was very personable providing information as we flew over it and ensuring people on both sides of the helicopter had good views of the key landmarks and features. My son was a little scared beforehand but once we took off, he loved it. I would highly recommend Blue Hawaiian if you are going to do a helicopter tour. One thing, I think $40 for the video they make of your flight is a little high, maybe $15-20 would be more reasonable.

We did the Blue Skies 45 Minute Tour and we loved it. Awesome views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, Kailua, Kaneohe, North Shore, and the Leilahua Plains. We covered way more of the Island than I thought we would and our Pilot Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We were part of a charter into the Laupahoehoe Nui waterfall for a friend's birthday celebration. 45 skydivers and friends were taken in, then skydiving -- then tour rides then we were all taken back to Hanokaa. All ground crew and pilots were professional and wonderful..not to mention the spectacular views. many thanks for a once in a life time experience. we'll be back!!!

Carl was our pilot and he was brilliant!! His friendliness was terrific, his knowledge was wonderful, and he also related to our Australian sense of humor! Thanks Carl, you made our journey unforgettable

An amazing aerial experience. It was great to see all the sites we had visited from above. The flight over the lava flows was awesome. The waterfalls on the Hilo side were majestic. Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting the Big Island. It is quite expensive, but well worth it. Be sure to make reservations because there are plenty who don't and they have to wait a while to catch a flight. If you can afford it - do it!
