Karl is a great pilot, very informative and a skilled pilot, very enjoyable, made our cruise that much more memorable.

Service & Infos waren einfach alles super & während der flug hat der Pilot uns die Möglichkeit gegeben das wir alles sehen konnten auch die leute die links gesesen sind, er ist oft 360° Umdrehung geflogen damit alle was sehen konnten ;) perfekt!

The tour was awesome and it was made even better by or pilot Carl. He was fun and provided a great deal of history of what we were seeing and what we had missed. The views of the lava and the waterfalls were majestic. We would recommend this tour and especially Carl. The person guiding you can make or break your experience. He definitely made it!
