excellent tour, pilot put us right over the lava flows and crater. waterfalls great. cannot say how happy I am with this ride

What a ride! Blue Hawaiian Helicopers doesn't disappoint! Thank you for a wonderful adventure!

We wanted a different view of the area and embarked on the Blue Hawaiian adventure after our hotel recommended this group. Safety is key with this group as they have multiple certifications, FAA endorsements and pilots with many "safe flight"'hours. I had a little anxiety about his and researched a little before booking and agreed that this was the best. We arrived and checked in and then moved over to watch a safety video. The site staff were not as friendly or as patient as I would have expected at all. They were "nice enough" but just didn't leave a friendly impression. Now...our pilot Barrett was a good and was absolutely amazing. He was fantastic, offered a great deal of info and history, made us laugh a few times, showed us the early arrival of a humpback whale, personalized the experience by using our names and was a great pilot. I was nervous about motion sickness and took a non drowsy Dramamine and 1/2 of an OTC meclizine and did just fine. The video was awesome and we would recommend it to all :)

I've never been in a helicopter before, so why not now? This was the perfect way to see the island from another perspective. Our pilot Chris was great, cracked some jokes and made the tour perfect. I was lucky enough to have a window seat, and the views were simply amazing. One of the coolest things have done to date. Worth it!!

The tour itself was amazing. Shawn was a great pilot: funny, knowledgeable, and a great pilot. Some things that did NOT go well: not all passengers were given the dark T-shirt and the person in the front window seat was very reflective. Most importantly, getting the tour video at the end felt very disorganized. It took a long time for it to be available and the handling of payment was also quite slow.

Fantastic experience! Unforgettable! Pilot Greg did a great job as well!

Our flight around Kauai was more than we could have anticipated. All staff was very professional and it was obvious they wanted us to have a great experience. We were able to see the true beauty of the island. Thank you for making it a great experience.
