If you have the extra cash and time, please take this tour. There are parts of Maui that are just too difficult to get to on foot or in a car, so the helicopter tour is the only way to go. I chose the Complete Island tour thru Blue Hawaiian's partner Hawaii Helicopters (the discounted tour). They film the helicopter tour and you can purchase it on DVD for a good price. I cannot remember the cost, but I think it was about 25 dollars. This was great and I would do it again!

This was an excellent aerial tour. Jeremy's commentary was very interesting and explained things well. I can't imagine a better way to see the lava flows and waterfalls. A couple of times the audio was difficult to hear, but all in all, this was worth every penny of the ticket price!

We would like to thank Brody our pilot of the flight for this wonderful and amazing flight. He was the most informative person about the island of Kauai. The fact that he was from the island and of Polynesia descent made the tour more interesting with the stories and information he gave was really special. We will both remember this experience.
