The ride was awesome. The pilot was very knowledgeable. We saw many breath taking scenes. What we are upset about is that the scale used to weigh passengers was NOT A CERTIFIED SCALE so how can anyone know if it takes an accurate weight? States are required to authenticate and put a seal on scales that are used for accurate measurement. It is really upsetting that the scale used to measure our weights was a random scale with no certification yet we were charged extra for my husbands weight- WAS IT ACCURATE? One can only guess. Paying $129.00 extra was really upsetting and who knows if we were ripped off?
Superb combination of music selections, narrative about what we were seeing, personal commentary and heads up ("we'll get a little bit of a wiggle here...") at specific points. Excellent job circling so folks in each seat had a bird's-eye view. Shea was an excellent pilot and guide, laid back and knowledgeable. Thanks for an extraordinary introduction to Kauai!

We had an unbelievable experience on the Kohala Coast tour. We have never seen anything like the 7 valleys in our lives. We were almost in tears at the majesty and beauty of the scenery. Thank you!

Amazing adventure. You have not experienced this island until you schedule a flight. I have now marked it off my bucket list ... but if I ever vacation here again I might have it back on for one more fantastic ride with Jay.
Brody, our pilot, was amazing! I love the fact that he grew up on the island and had personal stories to share. I love the fact that he said he knew he was blessed that he was able to see parts of the island that are 70% inaccessible. This was a great experience and makes you feel at one with nature.
