Amazing experience with an even better pilot and guide! We feel very fortunate to have had the tour of such amazing places such as the mountain top and cliff side! Would recommend to anyone and definitely experience again.

My wife came down with a bug after we had already booked our tour.  She was unable to go due to doctors orders. The staff at Blue Hawaiian were very understanding and refunded her purchase price with no hassle.  The tour was amazing, our pilot 'Fly'n' Brian' from Tennessee, was very entertaining and informative.  We were blessed enough to even fly into the original Kauai crater which is not open almost 60% of the time due to rain.  The music piped into the headset was spot on.  As we came into sight of the waterfall from Jurassic Park the theme song from the movie started up.  This made for a magical experience.  On the way home from Hawaii I watched Jurassic World and was happy to recognize the helicopter as a Blue Hawaiian and much of the scenery.  I did a boat tour of the Na Pali coast the day before and was very happy with how different the two tours were. The view from above and below are very different and very worthwhile.  The reason for the four not five stars is as Richard W. points out the middle seats have an obstructed view yet cost the same.  I had a rear window and was very happy with my view.  However if i had a middle seat I would have been disappointed.

My husband and I had the best time with our pilot Mark. He was very knowledgeable about the island. Best activity from our honeymoon!

My husband researched heli tours on Kauai and found this company to be the best. We went on an Eco-star, which was more comfortable and spacious than the basic heli model. We recommend taking this tour early on in your stay because the pilot (ours was a wonderful woman named Beth) will point out things you might like to see later in your trip. If you’re prone to motion sickness, I suggest you take 2 Dramamine or similar anti-nausea meds. I only took 1 Dramamine and ended up getting sick twice during the tour. Luckily they have “comfort bags.” :)

that was amazing! I felt safe and comfortable and the views were extraordinary. Mark was incredibly informative and personable! Highly Recommend this professional staff and outfit.

To say I was nervous to try this is an understatement. But, being "the must do" thing to do on Kauai, I sucked it up and I'm so glad I did. Being as nervous as I was, and seeing as windy as it was, our pilot, Beth, made it SUPER comfortable and relaxing. Her mannerisms, the way she spoke...it was all so enjoyable. From start to finish, first-rate experience and our highlight of Kauai.

Loved the tour. Pilot Scott H. was terrific. We were, however, disappointed by the amount of glare and reflection caused by people who did not wear dark clothing advised by the tour company. In my opinion, this needs to be mandatory and people wearing brightly colored, floral, striped, polka-dot, etc. clothing should be required to change clothes prior to boarding the helicopter. At ~$500 for the tour, it was a major disappointment to have virtually constant reflections of inconsiderate persons' clothing seen throughout the cabin.

Kristi ws an absolutely awesome pilot and tour guide. Our takeoff was delayed and the ground crew was very apologetic, but the delay actually allowed us to see a wonderful sunset! Thanks so much! My wife, Danielle, and I had a fantastic time!

Pilot Kristi is awesome!! She's got the best job on the island. Thank you all at Blue Hawaiian Helicopters for a great tour.
