Went today with my family! The scenery is beautiful & pilot Duke was amazing. Only reason it's 3 stars is because the two women that checked us in were extremely rude. We had 5 people onboard, and the woman in front informed us we could pay another $200 to ensure no one else was onboard & we could pick our seats. When we asked the chance of another being onboard, she said "it's a possibility." When we asked her to elaborate, she simply continued to say "it's a possibility." We ended up not paying but still flying alone. It seemed like a slightly manipulative marketing scheme to get us to pay an extra $200 when they knew no one else would be onboard. I was very nervous about flying. While i paid attention during the safety briefing, I struggled to buckle my seatbelt. The other woman came to check our belt. She sharply told me I "obviously didn't pay attention during the briefing & that's a concern." I replied that I did pay attention, I was just nervous. She simply shot me a rude look, left, and another male employee then came over to help me put on my buckle. This made me feel extremely nervous & uncomfortable taking off. Overall, both women's demeanors and attitude made me feel unwelcome, like they didn't want to be there, and like my questions were annoying and not worth answering. However, pilot Duke was incredible and made me feel safe once we were going. The man that went over our safety briefing was also kind & helpful. The scenery is unspeakable. The two women made checking in and the experience overall unwelcoming. Other than that, I highly recommend.

What an incredible experience. Once in a lifetime experience. Greg was very informative while also being friendly and outgoing. We also loved how helpful and friendly Christian & Myriam were. The views were incredible!!

Great, unique way to see the island. Mark did a fantastic job flying us around and had a ton of interesting facts along the way. The ground crew is all very helpful and professional.

This was a wonderful experience!!! For someone who is afraid of flying our pilot made me feel comfortable and safe. One of the best experiences I have had in Hawaii.

Matt was an amazing pilot. Super well informed, answering all our questions. the views were spectacular. we had the highlight of seeing the volcano erupting and flying into the valleys to see the waterfalls. Amazing memorable spectacular trip! Thank you, Matt!
