ethan our pilot was great. he took effort to explain stuff and was very friendly. kudos and more power!

We took the flight from Waikola as it was very near to our hotel. Our flight took off 15 minutes later than the 7am schedule but returned at 9am. Not sure why that was the case. Other than that, we caught exhilarating views of lava flow, saw the waterfalls off Hilo, and flew into one of the valleys. Our pilot John was informative and helpful.
