Awesome tour is all I can say. Our pilot Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable about the island as well as the volcano history. Jeremy made sure everybody on the helicopter had a clear view to take pictures of what he was providing commentary on. I would highly recommend this tour.

This was a fantastic tour. Brodi is a Native to the island and a great pilot. His knowledge of the history of Kauai is endless and I wish we could have spent all day up there. Thanks for a great time!

We went in October of 2012. The helicopter ride was smooth. Breathtaking views. Pleasant visit with the pilot. I didn’t get any motion sickness at all and I usually do in a helicopter. My brother and his wife went in 2017 and enjoyed the helicopter tour, as well.

My kids loved the ride and were excited to see lava. We later went to VNP. They were very excited and still talk about it today!!

David is a fabulous guide and pilot. We had a spectacular adventure and will come back time and time again. Thank you so much! Timing was spot on.

My husband and I did the Maui Spectacular, which included a tour of the whole island, as well as a landing Upcountry where we were served some local sparkling wine and got the opportunity to take photos. This was a very cool experience and my husband loved it, but I don't know that I agree with the reviews that it's a must do or the experience of a lifetime. I don't really have anythingnegative to say about Blue Hawaiian, but I did not entirely love the experience of being in the helicopter. I didn't expect to be so nervous, as I fly all the time for work and fun, but I didn't quite account for the difference between a large commercial plane and, what felt like, a teeny tiny helicopter. Basically, I found the whole thing terrifying, especially when we would get close to waterfalls or cliffs. I was so nervous that I couldn't really enjoy all of the sights. I DID feel markedly more calm on the second half after my share of the bottle of sparkling wine so, fellow nervous flyers, my suggestion is to have a glass of wine before your trip and maybe you'll be able to relax more than I did! :) One negative for me - the tips about wearing dark colored clothes is good, but on our tour the pilot was wearing light shorts and had large sheets of white paper next to him so that showed up all in my photos out of the left side (I was sat in the middle front, between the pilot and my husband). That was a bit disappointing. Oh, one other negative, you have to pay for parking, so come prepared to pay at a meter. I don't remember how much it was and it wasn't a ton, but it felt a bit like being nickle and dimed when you've already paid so much for the helicopter ride.
