Brian was an excellent pilot. He did a great job was making sure everyone had good views and explaining what we were seeing. This ride was better than we could have imagined! Beautiful island with kind people. Mahalo Kauai!

This was my and my wife's first time in a helicopter and I have to say, it was fantastic! Beth was our pilot and she immediately put us all at ease. She is a great pilot, knowledgeable about the tour and is very personable. I highly recommend this tour company and this tour. You won't be disappointed.

We just returned home from a cruise on Norwegian’s Pride of America. We chose to do the Heaven and Earth Tour while in Kauai and have no regrets. It was a phenomenal day. Our guide for the Earth portion of the tour was Domi. He is full of personality and wisdom. He kept us entertained while teaching us about his island and culture as he drove us all around he island. He took the time to use each person’s camera to take pictures of them at all the stops. He entertains us by playing his ukulele and singing and taught us a hula dance and explained what all the hand motions meant. He even took us to meet his 500 pound pet boar, Omar. All of that was above and beyond expectations. . For the Heaven portion of the tour, our pilot was Beth. She was amazing. The flight was smooth and her knowledge was vast. She flew both directions along each of the sights so people on both sides of the helicopter could get a good view and good pictures. She pointed out dolphins in the water and rainbows in the sky while telling us all about the land. The video we purchased is a wonderful souvenir. It shows what we saw while in the helicopter as well as some footage of our reactions and we can hear Beth’s narrative so we’ll always be able to remember what all the places we saw were. It was an amazing tour with outstanding guides and I highly recommend it!

I was so happy to see Hilo by air. Getting so close to the volcano was totally worth every cent. It was a toss up between boat and helicopter, but we definitely made the right choice. It was a much safer option. We actually went on a really good day and were able to see lave flowing. The pilot was also very friendly and knowledgeable of the island.

Capt. Lauren was great and gave us the best narration and smooth ride, with amazing views and some pretty funny jokes.

In April, 2017, we visited Oahu and Hawaii. While on the Big Island we took a helicopter ride over the island. The tour included groves, lava fields, active craters, and flow into the ocean as well as waterfalls. The guide was warm, friendly and knowledge. We may never get back to Hawaii again (although we hope to) so we're glad we splurged on the ride/tour. A vantage point you can't get anywhere else!

This helicopter sightseeing trip was nothing less than amazing! Casey is a fantastic pilot and tour guide. We saw some incredible and new lava flows. The mouth of the volcano was really clear. Casey flew around the clouds and we made it to see the mouth in the nick of time. Just beautiful. Best trip ever! Thank you Casey and Blue Hawaiian Helicopters and my awesome boyfriend Juan for making this happen!

This was my first time on a helicopter but it definitely won't be my last! I booked a helicopter tour with this company on a whim after seeing an lengthy advertisement on the hotel's info channel. I went alone, but there were about 4 other passengers on our flight. I was pleased that they provided a pick-up and drop-off right in front of my hotel, that was definitely convenient. Everyone at the terminal was kind, courteous and professional. After showing us and reviewing with us the safety video/instructions, we met our pilot - Tamara - we boarded and we were off! The flight was better than anything I could have imagined. I really enjoyed Tamara's commentary as we flew over notable sights, historical and otherwise. She made our flight so memorable and the flight itself was as smooth as could be. I might do this again! It was so so cool! How many times have you ever looked DOWN into a rainbow? Wow... amazing!
