This was an amazing experience. Tim was our pilot and he is so knowledgeable and made the trip so much more than I could have expected. I would highly recommend this trip and this company!

Where do I start? hubby and I were first timers in HI and were celebrating our 30th anniversary. We wanted to do a dream list filled with activities but in 7 days you can only do so much. One of our dreams was to take a helicopter ride and we chose Blue Hawaiian. We were warmly greeted from the van ride to the airport then further well received by the friendly staff. After a few administrative proceedures, a short video on safety guidelines and what to expect, weight and seating assignmrnts we were lead out to our helicopter. Johnathan was our pilot who gave us a ride to cherish forever! Johnathan called each of us by name, was highly interactive ( there were four in our group) I love it that Johnathan provided equal opportunity views. I was like a kid at her own birthday party... All grins! I highly reccomend this company for great time to remember.

My wife had never been in a helicopter before and was quite nervous. I thought Blue Hawaiian would be the best choice based on other reviews. All I can say it that we weren't disappointed. From the initial safety briefing I knew we'd likely be separated within the helicopter based on our different sizes, which would only make my wife more nervous. But she got to sit next to the pilot, a wonderful woman with lots of flight time. We did the Hana & Haleakula tour. From takeoff to landing the trip was incredibly smooth. The views were spectacularand the pilot provided a wonderful commentary of the history of Maui, the geography and some of the famous residents. My wife was very pleased with her first trip and said she'd go again when we got to Kauai.

We did the full day tour where you fly to Hana and the take the van back. I am straight up a chicken when it comes to helicopters and I researched all companies and ths one seemed the safest. I was kind of forced by my family to go on this and it was scary but everything was beautiful and the van driver was great.

We did the hana/crater tour. About 40-50 mns as advertised. Our pilot (Glenda if I remenber well) was great and added loads of valuable comments during our tour. The kids (4 and 6 yo) loved it. I recommend the cheaper version (a-star as opposed to eco star) as the experience is ultimately very similar. Low point was that i forgot my red arnette sunglasses in the aircraft and 30 mns later they were already gone..... So don't take valuable items with you...

Great helicopter ride. The waterfall views near Hana were amazing to see and can't be seen from the ground or hiking. Our pilot, Anna, was very knowledgable and gave us ideas for the rest of our trip as well.

If you go to Maui, the Blue Hawaiian Helicopter ride should be the first thing on your list to enjoy. It was our 30th anniversary, and it was such a memorable experience, we will never forget it. Emery, our pilot, was very witty and the music he played totally fit the ride. We will definitely go again when we come back for another visit. The office is super clean and stocked with great souvenirs of the trip. I purchased a poster that I recently had mounted for $2. You can't beat that! If you're not sure if you want to go or not, take it from me....you won't regret it and you will remember it the rest of your life!

This was a great experience and I recommend that everyone try it if they can afford it at least once! Blue Hawaiian was great from beginning to end. I am a big girl and they were the only ones in the island who charged 1 1/2 price for me everyone else charges you for two seats. We had Brandon as our pilot and he was great! Very nice voice and super informative. He made the hour we spent very enjoyable.

This was such a treat! We have been to Maui about 7 to 8 times and this was by far the best thing we have done. It is so beautiful. We were able to see a different Maui. A Maui we have not experienced before. Emery our pilot was so knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Maui we didn't know. I would recommend this to everyone. We want to go again! Thank you!

Trip was great, pilot Emeroy was a great guide, narration spot on, just enough to know the island, and enough quiet to enjoy the ride. Everything was well organized, staff very pleasant, weigh in very descreet, and smooth start to finish. Thanks!

Wife and I really wanted to see the volcanoes from above. We desided on the 45min flight to the volcanos. The pilot was very good/knowledgable very good host. Great view of the top of the vent and of the lava fields the water fall was underwelming. Overall the views were amazing!! Highly Recommed

Great pilot, great view, great service. West Maui/Molokai trip. Well worth it. Flew the "cheaper" helicopter, perfect for a family since you'll likely be alone vs the larger helicopter.

We did the 90 minute circle-island tour and it was worth every penny. We got to see all of Maui, including the eerie, moon-like top of Haleakala. Our pilot, Chris did an amazing narration (he didn't talk too much, but he gave lots of good insights and answered all of our questions!) We loved the stop over and champaign toast. Gorgeous views and a great "first" time in a copter!

We chose Blue Hawaiian after doing extensive research comparing companies and we absolutely made the right choice! We flew the West Maui & Molokai tour and from the moment we stepped into the lobby of the Blue Hawaiian offices we felt welcomed. Tim greeted us warmly and engaged us in a thoughtful conversation. The safety briefing was very clear and informative and we understood the expectations of our tour. Now for the tour, WOW! Eric was our pilot and he was very knowledgeable of the island. More importantly when there was something that could not be missed he made sure to rotate the copter so that everyone in the aircraft was able to view it so that regardless of where the passenger sat they were able to enjoy the same view. We will choose Blue Hawaiian again for our next island tour.
