This was truly an amazing experience. The views of the volcanoes with the lava flow was beyond cool. The waterfalls were breathtaking and we didn't realize it would be so many. Our pilot, Ethan, was great. He was entertaining and knowledgable. He was also a safe pilot. We loved the 45 degree angles! Mahalo, Ethan! Thank you for the great service and the exciting experience. Darl was a great pilot. He kept in good contact with us with good information. Personable. Flight was fine and I did not feel uncomfortable with the height. Darl has a sense of calmness about him that helped me not get nervous. Thank you! Memorable Birthday for me.

Pilot tony was great. Took his time, told us to anticipate areas known for rough air. I wouldnt even bring a camera next time cause the video they sell you at the end is easier. Merchandise in store was pricey but good quality. Front staff was very polite and genuinly seemed halpy to work there.
