Scott the pilot was awesome, he was very nice and showed us the island very well. Although the flight as an experience was great, the organization was terrible. On our confirmation e-mail 2 times for the beginning of the flight were given, 9:00am and 1:30pm, therefore we drove 1 hour from our hotel to the heliport because no one would pick up the phone to confirm our starting time so we thought we missed our flight. At the Heliport we found out that someone forgot to change the time in one part of our confirmation, the only compensation for our troubles was an advice that we could eat in the local town Lihue so we wouldn't have to drive 1 hour back to our hotel. So all in all we were satisfied with the flight but deeply let down by the staff who took care of the organization.

This was the best helicopter tour I have ever taken! The views were incredible, and we had a very friendly pilot. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone and everyone.
