We thought a helicopter flight would be perfect to see the recent eruptions on big island and it certainly delivered. You could experience the true spectacle of the lava flows with panoramic views from above. The pilot was very friendly and the desk staff all did their part with good service, the only irritation being the long wait runway side for the helicopter and the sales push to sell you the recording of your flight along with the annoying music playing in your headphones throughout the duration of the flight. I’m not sure how much I’d recommend Blue Hawaiian again but the helicopter experience, I definitely would recommend.

This was an amazing tour. Our pilot, Wesley, was very informative. This is my first trip to Hawaii and what a fantastic way to view Kilauea’s Fissure 8. The flow of lava into the water, expanding land mass is incredible!

We absolutely loved our experience with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. We were on the 8:30 Eco Tour of Kauai. Our pilot Geoffrey was excellent. His commentary as we flew over the island was very informative and he made sure to give great views to all on the helicopter as we flew over and past some very stunning sights! Would highly recommend, especially if it is a first trip to this beautiful island.

Our first time in Kauai, so we booked a helicopter tour so we could see the entire island. You must do this when you visit! The ride was smooth and quiet and our pilot was the best! The music and commentary were awesome! The views were spectacular/breathtaking and we highly recommend this unforgettable experience!

Thanks Spencer for an awesome flight around Oahu. We did the 45 min flight. There were 5 passengers and I was only one not in front row or on a window but still got to see it all and get some good pics. Spencer the pilot gave good general knowledge during the flight and it was a smooth flight all the way. We loved it and strongly recommend it.

What an incredible way to see Kauai! The staff was very friendly and helpful and our pilot was incredible. Had so much knowledge of the island, the history of the Robinson family and shared awesome local spots to visit. The views are something out of a magazine. The helicopter was spacious and very comfortable. They use Bose headsets which keep you connected to the pilot but reduce all the typical helicopter “noise”. Highly recommend!!
