Brody was incredible. His love for Kauai was contagious and we can truly say that our ride with him was one of the most incredible, unforgettable experiences of our lives. I would recommend to ANYONE traveling to Kauai that they ride with Blue Hawaiian and if possible, that they ride with Brody. THANK YOU!!!!! MAHOLO :)

This is DEFINITELY a must do on the Big Island!  Although it is somewhat expensive, it is worth it tenfold!  You will get an amazing view of the Big Island's extinct volcano, Kohala and it's beautiful valleys and waterfalls.  We were especially lucky as it was a clear day with no wind and we were able to fly over a specific portion of the valleys that our pilot said are accessible maybe 20 percent of the time (due to clouds, wind. etc.).  The helicopter itself is very comfortable and seats six, not including the pilot.  It seemed as if the helicopter was all windows as it gave you an unobstructed view at all times.  You can speak with the pilot through the headsets and microphones while you enjoy your visual experience.  I cannot say enough positive things about our pilot, Carl.  He had a very easy going manner that immediately made you comfortable.  He provided you with insight on the sites you were seeing as well as conversing with you about yourself and where you were from.  His greatest attribute was his ability to let the scenery speak for itself and let you take in the wonder of the view by not talking over it.  He even queued up Jurassic Park audio from time to time to further enhanced the experience.  We were all overwhelmed by the beauty of this island and it's coastline.  I highly recommend this experience!  Blue Hawaiian Helicopters are also available on some of the other Hawaiian islands so check them out when visiting the great state of Hawai'i!

Sornt the money on a better tour and it was wirth it!

I wasn't completely sure a helicopter trip was for me BUT it felt safe and was spectacular. Matt was very knowledgeable and made you feel completely relaxed. Definitely a highlight! Worth the money for sure!
