The Big Island Spectactular lived up to it's name. It was incredible!!! (can't put enough !) The views were breath-taking. The only criticism that I could give is that everyone in the helicopter couldn't see everything at the same time. I don't think there's a way to solve that though. Josh did a great job trying to make sure everyone got a good view of the sights.

Jeremy was amazing. Friendly, outgoing, and very knowledgeable. Best of all we felt vey safe throughout the entire tour.

It was such a wonderful experience. The views from above are breathtaking. Our Pilot was very friendly.

My husband and I enjoyed this tour but I feel the experience could do with some improvements. I feel that the cost of seat should be different based on where they place you. I was in the #4 seat and couldn't take pictures without getting a glare of the woman in front of us. She was wearing shorts and her pale legs cast a reflection on the glass about 80% of the time. Also, the metal handle on the back of the seat near us was not covered in black fabric, as it was on the other side. I attached two photos- one of the metal handle- the one on the other side was covered in black fabric. I also attached a photo of what most of our pictures look like with the glare of the skin from the front passenger. She was trying to bring a sweater on board to cover her legs or arms but they told her she would be hot so she left it there. Almost $600 for myself and my husband to fly and every single photo features this lovely glare from the silver metal handle. I feel that they should pay as much attention to the state of their machines as the do to making sure people are wearing the right clothing and don't bring anything extra into to helicopter. I believe on a better helicopter and with better seats this experience would be absolutely unforgettable and amazing!

My husband and I booked an early morning helicopter trip last-minute on our honeymoon in September. This was absolutely the highlight of our entire trip and we both remain awestruck when we think about it! The views were breathtaking and our pilot, Geoff, could not have been better. Aside from being a genuinely lovely guy he had tons of local knowledge (and a killer playlist!) and made us feel as though our trip was very unique (even though he must do it multiple times a day). We felt in very safe hands. I would 100% recommend this for anyone who is looking for a helicopter trip in Kauai!
