The most incredible experience. From the moment making the call the staff were friendly and wonderful. The check in and boarding was quick and then the tour itself was amazing. Our pilot Brandon explained everything we saw, there was music playing the whole time and we had a microphone to ask him questions. The flight was one of the most amazing things I have done and I could not recommend Blue Hawaiian and this tour more highly. An incredible experience I'll never forget. Thank you to Blue Hawaiian. This is a must do on your list when visiting the Islands!! Just breathtaking views of the waterfalls, rain forest and shorelines. We did research on the best and safest helicopter tours and Blue Hawaiian was our choice. I am and was deathly afraid to go up in a helicopter but our pilot was so calming and knew how to talk to us (me) about our tour. The helicopter was newer with comfortable seats and the ride was so smooth. Even though I was nervous (because of my own fears), I am so glad I did this!!! I even sat in the front seat!

Why I waited all these years.....don't know, but you shouldn't. We rode with a fabulous pilot, Carl, last week. The gods were with us, Tuesday was the best day in a week of high winds. We finally pulled the trigger because of the massive volcanic explosions that took place last year, and wanted to see what it looked like from above. Carl started a slow ascent up Mauna Kea, when we crested that volcano, the sun was exploding over the top. Beautiful. Then we headed to Kilauea.....it is unbelievable to see the massive lava flow that happened...and to see the 900 acres of lava that enlarged the island, its more than a WOW...so powerful and the devastation in its path. On to Hilo, where we saw a multitude of rainbows because we were now flying just below the rain cloud, so beautiful, green and lush. Then Carl flew along the coast past Waipio Valley and to the great waterfalls in the valley and along the coast. It made me cry because it was so spectacular. We were lucky because of the recent rainfall there was plenty of waler.....I loved it. I could have gone on another trip. Don't put it off, just do it.

Great customer service and an amazing pilot(Wesley) who educated us on the rich history and landmarks of Hawaii. Would recommend to anybody looking into exploring the island by air :)

It was a perfect flight

We took the helicopter tour to Hana and a van back. The helicopter pilot was amazing and very informative. I thought I might get motion sickness but I did not. The views were amazing. We are soooo glad we booked this tour. I wouldn’t want to drive both ways to and from Hana. One way was enough.

This was our favorite tour. Shane also piloted our second favorite tour when he flew us over the Grand Canyon!

Awesome!  Well worth every penny.  You will not be able to see the island any other way!  Their Eco Star helicopters are the way to go! Thank you Miguel for the smooth and awesome ride!  This was our favorite excursion of the entire trip!
