Jack would like to say thank you for the trip to the mountains. Kris was a great pilot. (age 5) Kris did a superb job accommodating our party including our grandson. Your expertise is piloting was obvious and your commentary was much appreciated. Keep up the great work and we would love to return for another trip!!!

excellent tour pilot Jeremy gave an outstanding narrative of the points of interest.

Sara was an awesome pilot. I loved the fact that she knew the history of the various lava flows but also the vegetation both by their common and Hawaiian names. The fly by to give us a great photo of the ship created one of my favorite photos of the flight.

Jeremy is a fun pilot, quick to answer questions, and probably wishing we'd asked more. :) The tour was great, with several different views given of the various areas of interest so that everyone could see each site clearly. Hawaii ohne Lava zu sehen? Also haben wir einen Rundflug gebucht. Leider war das Wetter am Vormittag recht bescheiden keine Sicht viele Wolken. Es wurde der Start Stunde um Stunde verschoben. Jedoch anstatt komplett abzusagen hat man uns um 16 Uhr geplant war 11uhr in den Heli gesteckt und es wurde ein sehr unschöner Ritt. Kaum was zu sehen, das Wetter der Wind und der Regen schüttelten uns gut durch, unseren Frauen war recht schnell schlecht, Augen zu und durch. Leider war hier mal wieder profitgierig höher als Customer Service. Schade.

The start-to-finish process was easy, and the company was very accommodating (changed days b/c of weather). Our pilot, Julie, was very friendly, professional, and familiar with the history/area we explored. I would definitely recommend this tour for any age, as I had my toddler with me and he enjoyed the experience.

Highly recommended, this was one of the best experiences I have ever done. staff are friendly and made the whole experience amazing. once in a lifetime opportunity!
