This was the best and biggest highlight of our two weeks on the big island. I’m not a gusher, read other reviews, but I was so impressed with the professionalism of this outfit. Even the bathrooms were show house quality. We took the waterfall tour on Christmas Day with Marco Ernandes an incredibly skilled pilot. His demeanor, the sound track, the unbelievable proximity he got us to the falls and through the rain forest was exhilarating. To top it off he landed by a beautiful waterfall and set up a picnic basket on a beach overlooking the sea. We enjoyed Prosecco and delicious passion fruit shortbread before heading back over the ocean and spotting whales along the way. Priceless.

Extremely organized and on time. All employees were friendly and helpful. The pilot was knowledgeable and I learned so much about the history of the big island. The 45-55 minute ride through the lava and waterfalls was the perfect amount of time for the trip. I really enjoyed myself and would recommend this adventure if you are in the Hilo area!
