The tour was awesome, pilot was an incredible person who knew a LOT about the islands, eruptions and otherwise. Side note- do not expect a certain seat, you will be let down.

Awesome experience!! Pilot Brandon Was excellent!!

While staying 3 nights in Kahului in mid-December 0f 2018 I took two separate helicopter tours(Maui and Molokai) on two seperate days. Their office is located off from the main airport in Kahului. Fortunatley, I was staying at the Maui Beach hotel which offered free shuttle within 3 miles and this was in range. I had planned it this way for this reason. Anyway, the office is well organized, comfortable, and certainly not cramp. They will not allow you to carry any bags on the helicopter. This included a large fanny pack I had at the time. They have small lockers which you can put your things in for this purpose. The locker has a key to lock it and take with you until you return. Very secure. The locker is probably one foot in height, width, and maybe two feet in depth. They will also not allow you to carry ANY hats(even baseball hats) on the helicopter. Just what you are wearing, your camera and what you can have in your pockets. The staff at the office were very cordial and professional. They ask you to come in about 45 minutes prior to your scheduled helicopter ride to take care of the payment and watch a 5-10 safety video. On my first day I was going to take the Maui complete island tour but the weather was not cooperating(very low clouds and misty). I was given the option to take another tour or reschedule for another time. I opted to take the Molokai tour and I am glad I did. Of all the Hawaiian island I think Molokai is the most geologically interesting island. It has the highest sea cliffs in the world which makes it very impressive to see. To see cliffs going as high as 4,000 feet from sea level is something to behold. There were also some impressive watersfall from such a height. We also saw some the island of Lanai that Larry Ellison almost entirely owns. I did not know he owned the island until this trip. We were very lucky to see a mother and her calf on this tour. The helicopter pilont, Rick mentioned, that not as many whales are coming to Hawaii as they used to. Overall I was very pleased with this tour and thought it was well worth the money spent and time. You can not truly take in the island of Molokai without seeing it from the air. I seriously doubt you see most of this from the road on the island. The next day I took the Maui island tour. This basically covered along the coast line around the island and some valleys. At one point we landed on an extinct volcanic rim that is part of a ranch. There was a small house used as a retreat there. We were there for 20 minutes for a drink and to take pictures of the surrounding. This was the most interesting part of the trip to land and see this. Quite a place to relax if you had access to it. I purchased the video from both flights that you can buy for about $40-45. You get audio and visual. You get audio of the entire flight while the pilot is making his commentary. You get vreaks in the visual of showing the inside of the aircraft with a wide-angle camera from the front of the aircraft. A great way to show off your flight to those who could not join you on the tour. This was professionaly done. They give you the MP4 files on a jump drive. Pretty high definition considering it was 6.4GB for one flight. It was broken into time segment files. The pilot, Rick, whom I took on both flights, was a true professional. He clearly knew the area, how to best avoid the turbulence when he could(very little and the pilot reacted well to them). He lived on the mainland but moved to Hawaii at least 10 years and married a local there on Maui. A good pilot. Overall, I was VERY pleased with this company and its staff. I would highly recommended them to anyone. At no time did I feel sick or uncomfortable on the flights.

Everything about our tour was fantastic. Deborah from the Maui office was extremely helpful finding the best time to fly, and when it was raining the day of our flights, she helped reschedule to another day. The day of our flight, everyone was very professional and the helicopter was in great shape. Our pilot and guide Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the island and did a good job making sure everyone got to see the spectacular sites around Kauai. It was well worth the cost, I'd do the tour again in a heartbeat.

Jeremy was an amazing pilot. He did a great job of making sure all parties could see everything we flew over. All staff and crew were extremely helpful and nice. Will definitely recommend to friends who visit any of the islands where you have locations.
