We booked the tour mainly to see the Kilauea Volcano, as did the other four passengers booked on our flight. Before taking off, our pilot James informed us that we won’t be able to reach the volcano, due to strong winds: not his fault, obviously. He offered alternative routes and he also offered a full refund, if we choose not to fly. All of us took the full refund. The desk person mentioned some other flights we might want to take, but exerted no pressure. We took the refund and that was that. What a class company! That’s how it should work and so rarely does. Kudos to the honesty and their treatment of their customers. It is now a company I fully trust. Thank you! I am sold. I will surely be back some day.

Absolutely stunning views! There is no other way to see the Island, from the tops of volcanoes to the waterfalls of the rain forrest

We had the very best time! We flew out of the Waikaloa location. Shane was an amazing pilot & guide! He was so knowledgeable, safe & funny! Great stories & history along the way! (The travel music was Perfect! - Shane the DJ!) LOL - the headset also greatly enhanced our trip! I felt so safe & secure the entire time! The pictures & videos are priceless - nothing you can see from on the ground! We had the absolute best time & will definitely fly Blue Hawaiian our next trip to the big island!

Wow! I mean could there be a bad helicopter tour of the island of Kauai?? We had an amazing time. Blue Hawaiian staff was wonderful including our pilot Benson.

Absolutely incredible!

Flying over an active volcano was my number 1 bucket list item. This company excessed my expectations!! The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Our pilot Marco was incredible, informative and really made the experience so much fun. This is a must do while visiting the Big Island.

Wonderful experience, all staff was exceptional. Our pilot, Kaj, was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make this a wonderful trip. We recommend the waterfall landing as this was so amazing and worth the additional fee. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and the pilot was nice. He was very knowledgeable and informative about what we were flying over. The views were great except for when the late afternoon sun was blasting and you couldn’t see well, for this reason I don’t advise taking the 4:40 pm flight like we did. They need to fix their microphones that you speak to the pilot on. He told us we would be able to hear each other but he probably wouldn’t be able to hear us because the microphones have been malfunctioning and they need a part replaced. We tried twice to ask a question about something we saw and he just shook his head and said he couldn’t hear us.
