The scenery was fantastic and the pilot a good story teller. My view was marred by sitting in the #5 seat as the person in front had a white and blue striped shirt. Everyone else had the dark shirt that was recommended. Unfortunately, the ground grew, while particular about the safety features were not thoughtful enough to put this person at the back.

Seeing that much of Kauai is not accessible, a helicopter tour is the only way to take in the entire island. I highly recommend the tour, but realize that is might not be in everyone’s budget. It was the first time my wife and I had been in a helicopter. The flight was smooth and our pilot Kris did a remarkable job of keeping us entertained. Hopefully everyone will wear dark clothing as instructed. Not doing so will result in window glare. Blue Hawaiian has the largest fleet on all of the islands and has a remarkable staff.

What a fabulous trip. We think this was 100% better than the one we did over the Grand Canyon from Vagas. Thank you very much Brian for the commentary and history lesson of the island. Many thanks Maree & Graeme Hewitt

Our pilot Brian was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and just a lovely person! He respected the wishes of some of our party that were a little more hesitant...LOL. He has a great sense of humour and knew so many details about the island. We even were fortunate that we had a great day for flying and were able to see the top of the volcano! Flying inside it was breathtaking! Will definitely recommend to others! Mahalo Y'all!

We had a fantastic time in the air. Our guide was Sarah. Great flying skills; really appreciated how she explained everything from the geology of the sights we saw, as well as some of its history, real-life examples, etc. Also appreciated how she made sure people on both sides of the helicopter got good views. She took the time to point out different interesting spots and even suggested other places to go and things to see. Awesome. :)

Pilot was awesome. I can't believe I paid $389 for seat 6. What a waste of most of that money. I did not get many good pictures because of the seating. Had to reach and look around people. Not worth the money. Guy was a great pilot though.

What an amazing ride. Even if you know Oahu and live here... There's nothing like a birds eye view. Saw sites I never knew existed. But the best part is take off and landing. Nothing like banking in/out of the airfield. And big props to the staff... Both booking and ground crew. They booked us short notice over the phone and gave us the online rate.

Great flight with scenic views. Our pilot was extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of great details regarding the areas we were flying through. Best part of the flight - the music! Hearing Jurassic Park while we cut through the clouds and through the canyons was amazing.

WONDERFUL experience. Matthew was our pilot, and he was great!! He is humorous and very knowledgeable about locations all over Kauai. Everyone was friendly. So GLAD we did this. Aloha!!
