Amazing views and the video is great to look back on

First of all, you know you are in good hands and they give you all the information you need.  We really liked that.  Our pilot was Barrett and he was great.  We cannot begin to describe the beauty we saw all around us.  This tour shows you everything you want to see in Kaua'i and does it just right.  We did all kinds of excursions on our trip, but this was by far the best.  Do not miss this.  It is so worth it.

This was my first time on a helicopter.  My husband bought this for me as a birthday present.   We are both afraid of heights so a little nervous.   I just wanted to tell you it was the best experience I have ever had.  Not once did we feel unsafe.  The tour of the North shore of the Big Island was outstanding.   We saw waterfalls, lush green canyons and even spotted a couple whales.  Josh was our pilot and did an amazing job!   Thank you for making our first ride memorable. Colorado will be back!

We booked this tour from our cruise ship, but you can do it direct and save some money. They had a shuttle that picked us up at the ship (perhaps that accounts for the difference in cost) and took us to the airport. The crew in the office did a good job with the safety training and instructions. Our pilot was very smooth - brought us up close to a vertical wall at one point, and the end of a box canyon at another, with no bucking or shifting. If you are going to spring for a helicopter ride, this is a great company to do it with.

My family and I (4 of us) did the helicopter ride over the island. 1 hr 45 min. We figured this was a once in a lifetime opportunity. We ended up having a private helicopter, the older one. Greg was our pilot. I can’t say enough about how fabulous this was. The music playing was awesome. The commentary and all thAt Greg added was exceptional. We were in absolute awe throughout. I cried bc I witnessed true beauty and was so grateful for the experience. We smiled the whole time. Do not miss this. Do not skimp. Get the whole expensive trip. ❤️❤️????

Had a fantastic "Circle of Fire + Waterfalls" tour out of Hilo on the Big Island. Was up in the air for approx. 45 minutes - got to see volcano crater up close (see picture) and flew over many interesting parts of the island. Helicopter was great and comfortable. My two teenager kids got to sit right up front next to the pilot. Only disappointment was that we were told the entire flight would be recorded and we could purchase the video afterwards for approx. $40USD. After our flight, we went to the office where they asked if we wanted to buy the video. I asked if I could see some of the video footage first, at which point they then told me that our video did not record properly, but we could instead buy a canned version of the same flight video, but it would not include interior footage of ourselves, or the recorded flight conversations we had. At worst, this felt like a bit of a "bait & switch" tactic, and at best it's disappointing that after spending close to $2k CDN) for our family, we could not get the souvenir we had been told we could get. However, to put this into perspective, had we never been told that a video of our flight would be available, we would have left this excursion 100% satisfied.

We really enjoyed our Helicopter adventure. Very professional. My wife was dreading it, and ended up loving it. It is amazing how much new land has been created by the recent eruptions. While there isn't any flowing magma to be seen currently, there is still plenty of steam and vapor showing. The coastline is amazing and the crashing waves tremendous. I've been to the National Park as well, but was much more impressed with the views from above, especially since the National Park is half shut-down. One word of advice is to take a Bonine before the flight, and if you are especially prone to motion sickness, mention it to the pilot in advance. Some pilots take more circles than others. Great for the view, not so good if you are nauseous.

This was absolutely the best tour we have done. Loren was an awesome guide, very informative as well as humorous. We had a blast and would recommend this tour to anyone who has never been on a helicopter before.
