I love this company. They always have the highest standards in safety. I took a tour with them in Kuaui which was absolutely wonderful. This time I took their tour of the volcanoes on the Big Island. I was pretty nervous and cautious about taking their tours after hearing about so many tour helicopter crashes out in Hawaii.  When we were getting ready to board, the pilot delayed things and the service rep told us that the pilot noted something strange on the helicopter and chose to be safe and take us out on another helicopter. We later found out one of the parts below the helicopter needed repair and had to be serviced. Kudos to the pilot for making the right decision to keep all of us safe. It was a minor problem but it was a good move in making sure of our safety.  Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I would ride again with them anytime!

Booked the Heaven and Earth Quest with the NCL cruise which included a helicopter tour with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. Service at the desk was average. We were offered a deal to pay US$100 per person to guarantee front seats beside the pilot, which we were taken aback by. Out of confusion we chose not to, and weren’t surprised when the lady placed another couple in the front row while the 4 of us took the back seat. Probably trying to get back at us for not paying the US$200 extra. Could be the weight, perhaps a ‘coincidence’. Didn’t feel too ethical at that point in time honestly. Our pilot Brian on the other hand was beyond amazing. He was friendly, shared great information about the island, gave good recommendations and made the flight thoroughly enjoyable. He has inspired my Husband to want to be a pilot in beautiful Kauai too haha. Brian earns a complete 5 star ⭐️ review. Just a 4 star due to the service at the check in desk.

Brian was a fantastic pilot. Gave us a lot of information about geography, geology, cinema, hiking, things to do and places to visit.

Brian did an incredible Job. he has all the history and geology down and we loved hearing all of it as well as the absolutely incredible views. we could ride around this island with him all day long!

Was interesting seeing Oahu from the sky. Would have liked more information about Pearl Harbour and where the PIpe Line was. But very good

It's a good memory.

We had the deluxe tour at 7 am and it was gorgeous. We saw things you would never see from the ground. So many volcanoes and to See the layers that each volcano has left behind. They fly you right around and both side so don't worry where you sit. Then to see the volcanic side become rainforest - mind blowing and to see how much land has been added to the coast from the last eruption in 2018. The waterfalls and valley were mind blowing. The staff was professional and helpful - I thought it was strange we had a 15 minute break where we changed aircraft in Hilo if that's standard would've been nice as I would have had coffee and a snack before getting on. The price is worth it - don't love the upsell to the front row last minute after paying $1200 per couple and if you book through your resort they don't honor the discount codes advertised at the airport. It was  a great experience and very beautiful.
