Knowledgeable, friendly and safety conscious staff throughout my visit. The helicopters are clean and in excellent condition. Our young pilot was so welcoming and his knowledge about the island and explaining the area of where the volcano erupted. Highly recommend this service!

Fantastic experience. We treated my mom/M.I.L to a one hour Oahu tour flying over locations where Jurassic Park and other scenes have been filmed. Our pilot Brandon was courteous and professional. Our headsets played inspirational and heartfelt music. It was such a privilege to share with family. The only negative is that the shuttle pick up/drop off was unacceptably bumpy bordering whiplash. The drivers are not maintaining their vans responsibly.

Incidentally, we treated our mom/M.I.L. to a wonderful 1-hour-excursion of an Oahu helicopter tour. Mom was seated next to our pilot Brandon(as she deserved to be). We were seated with another couple in the back(another lady sat upfront next to mom. Breathtaking views of the entire island including the spots where Jurassic park and other movie sets were filmed. The music footage on our earphones was tastefully played and communication from our pilot was consistent yet not over-done. The only negative was the shuttle pick up/drop off: the ride was unimaginably bumpy because of an under maintained van.

This is how you see the volcano on the Big Island. We felt safe and secure with Steven. We had such a great view of the crater and steam. There is no molten lava in the island but still worth the trip. The double waterfall at the end is a quick fly by.

We were scheduled for a tour of the Nepali Coast with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. After all the safety information, I was a little apprehensive about being in the center front of the helicopter. It was wonderful! Our pilot was calm and friendly. Unfortunately, weather forced us to turn back and we could not reschedule this trip. I’m writing this to let you know that, if you’re a little scared, don’t be. Our flight, although short, was very smooth. I can’t wait to try this tour again! Booked through Viator. Refund came through in two days.
