Absolutely beautiful - thank you so much for the awesome ride!

The tour was great and Ethan was very knowledgeable about Hawaiian history, culture, economics, agriculture. He answered all our questions and made our tour so interesting. Mahalo Ethan!

Everything is perfect. All the staffs are hella nice especially, I think her name is Salisa who checked us in and gave a complimentary locker for our stuffs. And I believe the guy's name is Carl who talked all about the safety and proper procedures about loading and unloading the craft. The pilot as well, Greg, who is very informative about the island of Kauai. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to see the beauty of Kauai. Would definitely be back next time!  Mahalo!

I thought the overall service of check-in, safety briefing, and pilot were excellent however the views overall were lower than expectations for the price we paid. Now granted, I did a helicopter tour of the West-side waterfalls a couple of days ago and I was in awe of the views. Thus, when I compared what I saw with this volcano tour and the waterfall tour...I thought there were portions of the tour that were boring because we spent quite a bit of time circling over lands that looked very similar. The 2 pinnacle sights of the tour were the volcano and seeing inside, along with a waterfall. Thus, I think we could have seen what we saw in about 30 minutes instead 1 hour and could have spent less.

Our pilot Mike was excellent Tour guide He showed as around the islands We enjoyed the ride on the helicopter. It was my 1st time riding a helicopter and it was a great experience

A little pricey - but what a way to see West Maui and Molokai! Our pilot was excellent and gave a wonderful narration while he flew. Would highly recommend them. The agent at the desk (Hawaiin Helicopters hanger; owned by Blue Hawaiin)was fantastic and so helpful. Overall a great experience.

We flew on our first day to see the island and picked out places to visit on the ground. The pilots narration of the POI's was excellent.

This was a great experience! Every seat is a good one but I had front and center next to the pilot! He was very informative and answered all our questions. He took us to a lot of amazing volcanoes and waterfalls over the rain forest. They were organized and we found the store immediately. My only complaint is that they surcharge for over 250 lbs so my husband had to pay more. I know it's a weight distribution thing but he's not that big of a guy and the seats had ample room. Seems like 30 lbs wouldn't make a big difference - but whatever. Other than that, it was perfect!
