This was the first time taking a helicopter tour for all 4 of us. Matt showed us a very good time and the views were SPECTACULAR!!!

We did the 7am tour to West Maui with our party of 3 including one quite nervous flyer. We had the perfect pilot for the job- Glenda's calm and soothing voice as she was explaining areas and history really helped calm the nerves. She was adaptable looking for calmer air as coming over the West Maui mountain it was also quite bumpy. We also had rain and a bit of a rainbow. A highlight was definitely the landing - so beautiful and peaceful. The company had lockers to keep your gear in during the flight and a safety briefing and weigh in beforehand. It wasn't cheap but the views were worth it.

I was hesitant to go on a helicopter but this is a must do activity. The scenery is awesome and the music that accompanies the ride is soothing and so serene. I did this ten years ago, not this trip to Hawaii but I am sure the company is still a pleasant experience for all.

We highly recommend taking a helicopter tour your first day on the island. Our pilot, Jason, gave us a thrilling tour of so many beautiful and breathtaking highlights of the island as well as sharing many interesting facts. .

Worth the price of admission. Kris was our pilot with 30 years in the Air Force. Felt totally safe. Very mild turbulence that only lasted a few seconds. Beautiful flight. Comfortable helicopters. Big focus on safety as well. Look nowhere else.

I ave this a 3 rating because the flight itself was spectacular. The problem we had was the video that we received. When I played my video (it was a thumb drive), which came in sections of the flight and not all encompassing, the last portion was corrupted. I called BHH in Kauai (where I flew) and they said they'd ship another one out. I received the second one with someone else's flight. At this point I wasn't upset as accidents happen. I called again and they apologized and said they would send another one. I hadn't received it for two weeks and when I called back again to tell them I had received it, I was told that their records showed it was sent. I told them I did not receive it and could they please send another one. The woman I dealt with at Kauai I believe was the manager and she got an attitude telling me "we don't have to send one out", like she was doing me a favor. She said she'd have to call me back. Well it's been a month and I never got a call back. This was very important to me since memories were made and now I can't see part of those memories. My advice is NOT to buy the thumb drive since obviously there's no guarantee it won't be corrupted when you get home.

Great time

This was by far my favorite thing that we did when visiting Hawaii and we did a lot! Our pilot, Shane, was warm and welcoming with a good sense of humor to boot. He had a whole soundtrack that perfectly choreographed our flight as we viewed the Kohala coast which is just spectacular. My heart soared as we flew close to the cliffs and waterfalls and I even got teary-eyed from it all. I loved it so much I booked a flight for my folks later in the week and they also were gobsmacked... definitely a To Do if you're visiting! :)

Such a great way to experience the island! They gave us headphones and played a soundtrack timed with the tour.

My wife and I took this tour and we are so glad we did. We had never done a helicopter tour. It was an amazing way to see the island!

We were impressed with the very thorough check-in! Our pilot, David, was very informative and humorous. I was worried that this trip would be turbulent, but did not have any indication of motion sickness. At one point you can see across the entire island. You will fly into the crater of Kilauea, see Waimea Canyon and the Na Pali coast!! Don't miss this trip!!

A once in a lifetime must do. Five of us on this trip and we all enjoyed it even though one suffered from motion illness. A great knowledgeable pilot and a good pre briefing. Weather was a bit cloudy but nature can’t be controlled. An awesome way to see the lava flows that have crossed the landscape over many eruptions. Of course there are no lava flows to see now but the steam is still going and the topography is still mighty.

Our pilot Ethan was amazing, such knowledge of the area. He was both entertaining and knowledgeable, obviously loves his job.
