We had an excellent experience with Chase as our pilot . Would highly recommend this tour of the volcano national park and the waterfall tour with Chase. He was knowledgeable of the area and provided us with awesome views from the helicopter from both sides of the bird. I'd definitely do this tour again.

It was one of the most amazing things we have done, and we have traveled alot. Carl was extremely knowlegable with a great sense of humor!!! Very aware of all persons onboard!!

Very slick outfit - professional but friendly, and well run. Plus it's a phenomenal experience! Really cannot fault these guys.

Very great tour. Left from the West side which cost more but was well worth the extra for the driving time saved and the additional sites on the dry side of the island. When on vacation time saved getting places relates directly to how much you can do and see on your stay.

We booked the Big Island Spectacular and it certainly lived up to the name! Carl was our pilot and he was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and aware of all people on board. There is no better way to see the island - no other helicopter ride will ever live up to this one!
