Beyond expectations! I did this tour for my daughter, I was terrified. Due to balencing the weight of helicopter, I ended up in the front next to our pilot Keith. Within minutes Keith had me relaxed and I fell in love with this experience. I would recommend this excursion to everyone!

Great experience. Ore flight staff were very professional and the ride itself was excellent. Saturday morning flight, upgraded to the two front seats, bit more expensive for this option but well worth it for the viewing experience. Great weather, the ride covered everything that we had seen by road prior but put it all into perspective. Was amazed that we were able to get so close to the miliary bases, especially Pearl Harbour. Our pilot, Benjamin, was very informative and kept us up to date with commentary. Just on the hour ride.

Wonderful experience from arrival to departure, extremely friendly staff made everything fun & comfortable for first timers! Very informative narrating by our pilot Marcus, he was great! *I recommend paying the extra for the front seats, well worth it!

We had a fantastic time. Everything was planned and seamless. Our pilot Keith was very knowledgeable and gave us a great tour of the island. We toured the island the day before by car and seeing the sights by helicopter is a much better experience for sure! When you are on Kauai, this tour is a must and Blue Hawaiian was the best!

It was my first Heliflight ever and it was breathtaking!!!! Greg made me feel very comfortable and gave lot's of interesting information during the tour.

We took the helicopter tour after booking it through our hotel concierge (he gave us a big discount). We had a wonderful time on our journey. We saw the entire island from the sky. Alio was a wonderful pilot with a ton of information about what we were flying over.

What an amazing experience. Our pilot Duke was great and knowledgeable. You get to see parts of the island that you would normally not. So glad we spent the $$

One if the best trips ever. Ground staff excellent and made you feel really safe. Our pilot, Markus, was brilliant, a great pilot, smooth ride and very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend highly enough. A must do if visiting the island.

Well worth it! Great tour, knowledgeable pilot. The tour of the island made me feel like I have seen the whole island. Love the music soundtrack that played as we toured the magnificent island. Well done!!

The views were breathtaking! Our pilot was a local and had such wonderful knowledge of the island as we flew around. We were lucky enough to take flight as they grounded all other flights after ours due to weather, and thank goodness because what a loss we would have had not to experience the island from above. I recommend taking motion pills the night prior and morning of - my littlest was sick for the flight but even when we got off he said that was amazing!

My aunt and I had a great experience with Blue Hawaiian. Our flight had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to poor weather conditions, and the staff was very accommodating. Safety instructions were clear and succinct. I felt safe and in good hands during the entire experience. Great way to see Hawaii. Especially the waterfall that can only be seen by helicopter.

Awesome experience seeing the landscape from above. Views of several waterfalls up close were great.

This tour did not disappoint. We did the Big Island Spectacular 2 hour tour by Blue Hawaii Helicopter. We lucked out with excellent weather but most days are pretty good here. I have three kids, 17, 15 and 9. My 17 year old is an offensive lineman so I was concerned with his weight. Anyone with a large family (weight wise), I recommend going to the heliport the day prior to get any concerns answered there directly from the staff. They were great and made it work for our entire family. Pilot was Matt and I would recommend him again. He was entertaining and very knowledgeable of the island. My nine year old asked some entertaining questions and Matt was good and had great answers. She was the most nervous about flying and got to sit right next to pilot Matt which probably eased her nerves. Flew over volcano, and saw some lava. Matt had a lot of good info about it. Also flew along a large part of the coast and over a big portion of the island into a valley with huge waterfalls. Some of these things you just can’t see without the helicopter and the view is amazing. Our family wore dark colors as recommended and all the pictures came out great. As good as the pictures are, it still does not do it justice of how amazing the views are. We did not pay extra for the waterfall landing. I wish I had but it was still an amazing experience and hope my kids won’t forget. I am a pilot of a business jet and involved in aviation safety and Blue Hawaii is top notch as far as safety. I did a bit of research before booking and they definitely don’t cut any corners where safety is concerned as far as I can tell. Thank you Matt and Blue Hawaii Helicopters for the excellent day!

Blue Hawaii Helicopters is the way to go for a tour of Kauai. Their Helicopters are state of the art and the pilots are real pros. They are very knowledgeable about everything you will see. Highly recommended. And, if you want to splurge, get the 2 front seats! You won't regret it!

Great pilot and tour! We got a beautiful overview of the island of Kauai. The knowledge of the pilot was extensive and he made sure to keep it fun for the kids. He made us all feel safe as well!
