A note about Blue Hawaiian's Special Procedures to Mitigate Coronavirus.
Special Procedures to mitigate coronavirus (COVID-19) - for the health and safety of each customer and employee the following procedures have been implemented:
Temperature checks prior to check-in (any temperature of 100.4 Fahrenheit or higher will require a 20 minute waiting before another temperature check can be taken. If a temperature below 100.4 Fahrenheit cannot be registered during the second reading the customer and their party will not be allowed entry into the building. A full refund will be made for all affected customers.
Facemasks shall be worn at all times on premises and in the aircraft, even if all passengers on a flight are with the same party/family.
A customized health and sanitation program that meets or exceeds CDC guidelines which takes into careful consideration the unique attributes of our operation and facilities.
Helicopter Association International (HAI) COVID Clean Program standards will also be adhered to, ensuring proper disinfection of public areas and helicopters.
Disposable masks and gloves and hand sanitizer will be available for customer use.
A COVID Prevention acknowledgement form will be completed for each party. We will only service visitors who have either completed a 14 day quarantine or have obtained negative COVID-19 tests within 72 hours of boarding their flight to Hawaii as well as residents who have not recently traveled out of Hawaii.
