details »Pricing Policy

Total fares include applicable taxes and fees. Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat. For each guest weighing 250 pounds or more, an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. Blue Hawaiian charges a reduced rate for the second seat which is 50% off of the tour price. Credit cards are charged upon confirmation of a reservation. Full refunds will be made for any cancellation with at least 24 hours notice prior to scheduled flight time, (See Cancellation Policy).

We require 24 hours notice in order to change or cancel your reservation. Tours cancelled with less than 24 hours affect other guests booked on the flight and don't allow enough time to resell the cancelled seats. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. If you need to change or cancel your reservation please provide us with 24 hours notice prior to your tour time and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours prior to your requested tour date to book through our website. If requesting a tour within 72 hours please call us on Maui or Kauai at 1-800-745-2583 or on the Big Island at 1-800-786-2583 for immediate confirmation. We will confirm your tour date and time and send you an email with your booking details within 24 hours of receipt of your request. Please provide us with the date of arrival in Hawaii and the name of the hotel or accommodations so that we may contact you to reconfirm your tour time.
