The highlight of our recent volcano-waterfall tour was, of course, our son Peter's sighting of the hiker who had been lost on the lava field for five days and given up for lost. Every seat on the Eco-Star has a wonderful deep-window view and — from the middle back seat — Peter saw the hiker's mirror flashing down on the lava field floor. He picked up the in-cabin microphone, alerted your pilot, and the rest was a wonderful outcome to both our tour and the hiker's misadventure. We truly praise Blue Hawaiian for having state-of-the-art equipment, friendly and inquisitive pilots, and the generosity to rescue a fellow human in great need. And, of course, the rest of our tour, when it resumed, was simply awesome. Our thanks and congratulations."

My name is Anita, I am writing to thank you for the thrill ride of a lifetime! I am visiting from Houston, Texas. This is my first visit to Hawaii and my first experience in a helicopter. This morning me, my uncle and aunty Herman and Irene Naoele (locals from Lahaina) were gloriously taken for a jaw dropping tour from our pilot David. I have traveled all over the world but never experienced such amazing sights like I saw today!

From the moment we stepped foot into the building the customer service was top notch! I was so excited and could not wait for what was ahead. As we boarded the chopper David our pilot warm and friendly smile gave us a confidence that we were in good hands. My uncle Herman Naeole has worked in the tourism business here in Maui for over 41yrs and was completely impressed with the tour! David showed us the time of our lives, a truly unforgettable safe xhilarating ride I will cherish forever! I have been on the ground for about 5 hrs and still can't stop thinking about my tour.

We were just wanting to express our "THANK YOU" for a wonderful time on the Big Island.

As we were planning our vacation to Hawaii (via the Internet), we learned that there were helicopter tours that would enable us to see the volcanoes up close from a different view. We had looked at other companies that offered these tours, but always came back to your site. We loved being able to see short video clips of previous flights (from your web page) to see what we were going to experience. We booked the Big Island Spectacular (volcanoes and waterfalls) and were awe-struck by the views; especially seeing lava in the new flow field. Our pilot, Toshi, was GREAT. He was very informative and had an excellent sense of humor. Our experience on this tour was so amazing that we are going to see you again in Feb. 2009.

We just returned from Maui and had to let you know that our 90-minute Maui spectacular tour with BHH was the highlight of our vacation. I had done my research prior to our trip and requested BHH and this tour specifically from our resort concierge. David was an awesome pilot and very informative. The staff and ground crew were very friendly and really took care of us. The landing on the slopes of the Haleakala volcano with champagne refreshments was a never to be forgotten experience. We truly had the time of our lives while in the wonderful Eco-star. This helicopter is really like a magic carpet ride because it was so smooth and the views were breath taking. We have the DVD to prove how beautiful it was that day and well worth ever penny. I will recommend BHH whenever I hear of anyone going to Hawaii. It is a must do, period."

We have been enjoying your website! Since our helicopter tour 3 weeks ago was booked through my husband's corporation, we had no idea which tour company we would be flying with, so there was no "checking it out" ahead of time before we left for Maui. Since coming back, however, we have really enjoyed exploring the website and especially getting to see a live shot of the heliport area and the mountains behind, through your webcam. I check the webcam a couple times a day (and hubby says I'm still so "gone") but it's been fun to keep the memories of our trip fresh... the aerial tour of Maui/Molokai turned out to be a very emotional and spiritual experience for me. We're so glad Nortel chose Blue Hawaiian!! Hoping that Gernot and the Chevaliers have received our notes of thanks in the mail by now — we really wanted them to know what a spectacular time we had that day. If we ever hear of friends going to the islands, we will make sure they know about BHH."

Just wanted to let you know that about 3 weeks ago we took your complete tour of Maui. Our pilot was Dean and he was quite the character. He made us feel all at ease and we had a great time! Being terribly afraid of heights I wasn't sure I really wanted to be in a helicopter. After the first few seconds I was having the time of my life. I got some wonderful, memorable pictures and can't wait till we go back and we can do it again. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation — you guys are awesome!"
